Cyberfish licensing – How it works

Licensing is based on a monthly fee program.

Pricing of the licence is per mailbox/month.

No minimum number of mailboxes to protect is required.

Regardless of what day of the month the purchase is finalised, invoices are issued on the first day of the month for the number of protected mailboxes.

Upgrade/downgrade

MSPs can independently increase/reduce the number of protected mailboxes.

Invoices are based on the number of protected mailboxes on the first day of every month.

Termination

Even though MSPs can independently disable protected mailboxes, to remove an account from the portal  communication must be made in writing at least 30 days prior in advance by sending an email to sales@achab.co.uk, stating the intention of terminating the agreement and requesting the elimination from the portal.
